Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that are unsatisfactory or not delivered as agreed. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of service completion, accompanied by a valid reason. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or for cancellations made after service commencement. We only initiate the refund in case of the customer paid accidently more than the required bill amount.

In order to get refund , the customer has to mail us at info@shivrisefacility.com with the reason and screenshots of payment he made.
